Birth Certificate

Birth registration has been done in the State of Haryana as per Birth & Death Registration Act and Haryana Birth & Death Registration ruling. Accordingly every Birth is to be reported and registered within 21 days at the place of its occurrence in the prescribed reporting forms.

In India, it is mandatory under the law (as per the Registration of Births & Deaths Act, 1969) to register every Live Birth/ Still Birth within 21 days of its occurrence.

Late Registration of Birth

In this Process, Citizen can apply through nearest existing Meeseva center and no need to approach Government Offices directly. It can be applied to register the death even after one year.

5. Residence Proof of Parents birth time
6. All Childs School Certificates
7. Other Childs Birth Certificate
8. Reports of Doctor/Dai
9. Reports of Two Witness
10. Reports of MC/Sarpanch
11. Birth Reports Form
12. Child Aadhar Card
